How do I start my free trial?
Fill out the above form on this page and you will receive an email to set your password and an email with an overview of the system with links to our set-up guides!
I didn't get an email after signing up for my trial.
Sorry to hear this! We manually vet each trial to ensure legitimacy, so you may experience a delay if requesting a trial outside of our normal working hours. We also recommend you check your spam, as sometimes the emails land there.
How do I sign up for OptiMantra after my trial?
You can start your subscription, navigate within your trial account to Settings > Business > OptiMantra Subscription. You'll add a card on file, sign our User Agreement and be all set!
Does my trial account become my official account?
Yes! Anything you add in your trial account will be there when you activate your paid subscription.
Is there a sandbox I can try out?
Our free trial is our version of a sandbox environment.
Does OptiMantra have a contract?
No, OptiMantra is a month-to-month service. We simply ask for a 30 day cancellation notice.
Can I add other users in the trial?
Yes, you can. Within your trial account, navigate to Settings > Business > User Management and select 'Add New User'. Enter the new users' details, save, and you're all set!
What do I have access to during the trial?
You will have access to everything included in our base subscription, this does not include add-ons.
