Inventory Management

Supplements are an integral part of the majority of the integrative practices. OptiMantra's dispensary module helps you configure your items with on-hand, pricing, vendor/supplier, and other details in an easy-to-manage format.

Create and submit insurance claims with fewer than 3 clicks, at no additional fee. You can easily view the status of your pending claims and run analytics on your past encounters to see the reimbursement levels of different services. With auto posting of EOBs, you don't have to spend any time recording and keeping track of your checks. You can also take advantage of a group of billers who work with our program to simplify your billing even further.

Relationship Management

Patient Portal

Having a patient portal is a necessity for today's integrative practice. The OptiMantra Portal empowers patients to keep their administrative and medical information up-to-date, fill out intake forms and questionnaire prior to their visits, and access their treatment plans, invoices and other documents, at their convenience, at any time and from any place.

This not only reduces patient time spent in the waiting room (and delaying your schedule), it also minimizes the time the front office spends on follow-up requests for copies of plans and documents. Practitioners and patients can also take advantage of secure HIPAA-compliant messaging that keeps patients' personal and medical information private. Patients can use the service to directly message any members of the staff, be it for a refill request or an administrative question.

Customized Charting

Every practitioner has their unique way of engaging with patients; an effective EMR recognizes and assists practitioners in their tailored approach. OptiMantra provides flexibility and support in creating and enhancing customizable intake and charting forms.

Custom Intake Forms: You don't need to either create everything from scratch or use only what is available in the program. You can pick which sections you like and then extend the form with additional questions that are not available or the that you would like to change. Every practitioner can have their own initial and follow up intake forms.

Follow ups From Existing Charts: Follow up charts can be easily created from existing charts, saving you time and effort.

Custom Templates And Questionnaire

Custom Templates: Templates allow you to reduce the repetitive manual work of charting, and create shortcuts to finish your writing and editing quickly. You can either pick from a library of templates or create your own. With a set of good templates and pre-consult intake forms, you can finish your record keeping (charting) at the same time as you finish your consult.

Custom Questionnaire: Questionnaires allow you to extend your intake forms, supporting specific scenarios. You can take advantage of the library or you can create your own. You can have patients fill them out prior to the visits, via a link in an email, or from the patient portal.

Electronic Prescription with EPCS (ePrescribing)

If you are licensed to prescribe pharmaceuticals in the United States, you can take advantage of our electronic prescription (with EPCS - Electronic Prescription Of Controlled Substances) platform; it connects you to 95% of the pharmacies in the country.

Laboratory Orders & Results

You can order laboratory tests from the programs with the leading Labs in the country and also receive electronic results back into the program. You can also print requisitions and share results with the patients.

Sharing Medical Records (Referrals)

You can easily share patient charts and documents with practitioners outside your office; select the items you want to send and submit them to others directly through the platform. No email and no fax hassle.

Scheduling and Appointments

Point of Sale Management
