How to Book Your Appointment:
1- Choose a date and time that works best for you from the available slots.
2- Fill in your personal and contact information.
3- Review and confirm your appointment details.
What You Need to Know:
Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee ($50)
Telehealth Instructions: You will receive an email with a link to the virtual meeting room and instructions on how to connect.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. All online bookings are secured and compliant with HIPAA regulations to protect your personal health information.
