To book an appointment, please follow these steps:

Click on "Online Booking": Begin by navigating to our online booking section on the website.
Find the service that meets your needs: Browse through the categorized services to locate the one that best fits your requirements.
Click the "Select" button: Once you've found your desired service, click on the "Select" button to proceed.
Choose the service and select "Proceed": Confirm your choice by selecting the service and clicking on "Proceed".
Click the available time and complete the registration form: Select a convenient time slot from the available options and fill out the registration form with your details.
Wait for your confirmation email: After completing the registration, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment.

Telehealth or In-office Initial Consultation -- Weight Loss Management 60 Min $ 65.00

This is an in-office or virtual consultation with our provider, typically lasting about 30 minutes to an hour. It is during this phase that we discuss and go over your weight goals and overall health status. We will conduct a comprehensive review of your health history. This is a crucial component as it will not only provide an analysis of your current health, but also provide a starting point for you to establish goals and track success.

***If you have most recent available lab work from your PCP, please have it readily available. Your provider may request initial lab work to evaluate the appropriateness of our weight loss program relative to your health status.

A consultation fee of $65.00 is implemented to minimize the occurrences of "no-show" clients. After the consultation, if our clinician determines that you qualify and it is safe for you to participate in our weight loss program, the $65.00 will be deducted from your initial month's payment; on the other hand, if you do not meet the criteria, the $65.00 will be refunded in full.

Telehealth or In-office Initial Consultation for Men's HRT 30 Min $ 65.00

During this initial appointment, the provider will go over with you your medical history. We will get to know more about where you are in your process and the changes you hope to see. We will discuss with you the informed consent process, and will review both the positive effects and possible risk factors for hormone therapy. We may likely will collect routine lab work to make sure you are a healthy candidate for hormone therapy. Sometimes this lab work includes a blood draw. You do not need to fast in advance of getting your blood drawn.

Associated blood tests are separate payment. We partner with Access Labs for discounted, affordable fee.
