If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your card will be charged this fee as outlined in policy and procedures. If you No-show your appointment you will be billed the full amounts of the appointment, to the card on file. Please refer to Policies and Procedures for more information.

These appointment types are appropriate for lab and medication/supplement review, Peptide check ins and simple, straight forward visits such as nutritional concerns. They are not appropriate for blood pressure checks, weight loss visits, acute injury, cough, ear pain, sore throat, or anything that entails a physical exam.
