This is an initial physical evaluation to determine appropriate next steps in treatment and management of pain symptoms including but not limited to regenerative injection therapies: ozone, prolotherapy, PRP, exosomes, and/or manual therapies. This is not a comprehensive visit and does include the cost of injections. Upon completion of the physical exam it will be determined if you are a candidate for regenerative injection therapies. This is an opportunity to develop and discuss a customized plan with you based on previous lab results, addressing your unique health goals and outlining the next steps in your care.
