PCDC, aka phosphatidylcholine deoxycholic acid, is a fat dissolving treatment that breaks down fat cells in targeted areas. Also called Lipolysis, this form of Mesotherapy involves injecting fat dissolving medication such as (PCDC) injections which are injected locally into the targeted treatment areas. The fat cells absorb the PCDC and become slightly inflamed and then harden. The hardened fat cells break down within a few weeks and are eliminated via the body’s natural processes. Lipodissolve is not FDA approved for fat reduction. It can be injected into areas of unwanted subcutaneous fat buildup – typically these areas being in the submental (double chin) and other small areas.
Patients may feel a burning sensation while the solution is being injected. The treatment takes about 60-90 minutes. Most patients require two vials per treatment and require two to four treatments space 4-6 weeks apart. Some patients require up to six treatments depending on the amount of fat or until the desired effect is achieved.
Final improvement is assessed twelve weeks after the final treatment.

This is for patients requesting to use the compounded version of GLP-1/GIP medications or compounded versions of oral medications.

This is NOT for patients requesting to use private/commercial insurance for medication to cover Ozempic,Wegovy, Zepbound, or Mounjaro.
After the consult if you can decide if this option is right for you. Average monthly cost is $345 for the starting dose of the injectable medication. 
Price will increase as dose increases.

During this visit we will discuss
1. Weight loss goals and options of injectable GLP-1/GIP medications.
2. Medication potential side effects and signs to watch for, as well as potential OTC medications that can be used to help alleviate side effects.
3. We will also discuss how medications work on the body.
4. Patient will learn how to inject themselves for future injections.
5. Patient will learn how to order future prescriptions and how to determine the need to go up or stay the same on doses.
6.Labs:CBC,CMP, TSH, Lipid(required now and every 6 months). Lab order will be sent to closest lab for testing for those requesting telephone appointments. Additional testing is optional for a diclosescounted price.
