This is a 45 minute follow up visit at the SIH Clinic scheduled after the initial consult. This visit is required within 4-6 weeks of your initial consult. During this visit patients will review any blood work and functional tests results (e.g. stool, urine, saliva) and discuss.  Patients will review their treatment plan with the provider at this appointment as well.
