Welcome! New clients should select a 60 minute New Patient Appointment, or a 90 minute New Patient ADHD Evaluation if ADHD symptoms are your main concern. Existing clients should select a 30 minute Follow-Up Appointment. You may choose between a virtual or an in-person appointment. Virtual appointments offered Monday through Friday. In-person appointments are offered Monday through Thursday. NOTE: Please fill out the "Reason for Visit" section on the coming page and also tell us what insurance plan you have, or if you will be paying out-of-pocket.
