During your consultation, we will discuss your weight loss goals, past programs you have tried, past & current medications, and your chronic diseases (if any). Our provider will complete a limited virtual physical assessment, order labs from your local lab provider (Quest, Labcorp, CPL, etc.) to assess your metabolic needs. Labs that were completed within the last 3 months are acceptable.
Once your lab results are received (usually 24-72 hrs), you will return to discuss your unique weight loss program, which will include a meal/exercise plan to fit your specific fitness level and an FDA-approved weight loss prescription medication like Semaglutide/Tirzepatide, Contrave, etc.
The monthly memberships are available starting at $99*. A three-month commitment is required. *Prices may vary based on the package and medication prescribed. The initial consultation is $250.

During this visit, our provider will complete a comprehensive physical exam/office visit, order labs and/or medications as needed, and discuss your individualized plan of care to ensure your optimal health outcomes. Please bring your current medication bottles or an updated list of your current medications to this visit.
