We are a cash-based medical practice. We have chosen not to accept insurance so that we can focus entirely on you- without restrictions and limitations often imposed by insurance companies. Here's what that means for you:
-Customized Care, Not One-Size-Fits-All: Insurance companies often dictate the type and duration of care provided. By not accepting insurance, we're free to create tailored wellness plans that prioritize your unique needs.
-Longer, More Meaningful Appointments: We believe in spending more time with our patients- listening, educating, and creating personalized strategies. Without insurance constraints, we can dedicate the time necessary for your best care.
- Transparency in Pricing: Our direct-pay model ensures clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or unexpected bills. You'll always know the cost of your care.
- Freedom to Choose the Best Treatments: Some of the most effective wellness options, like hormone optimization and advanced nutrition plans, aren't covered by insurance. This approach allows us to offer the best possible solutions without compromise.
Scheduling Deposit:
All consultations require a $50 deposit at the time of booking, and a card is kept on file to reserve appointments. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the consultation. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are subject to forfeiture of the $50 deposit.
Pre-visit Requirements:
All paperwork must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to have paperwork completed 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in your appointment having to be rescheduled and forfeiture of your $50 deposit.

After booking: Please check your email for appointment details, intake forms, and important pre-visit instructions. Completion of required forms is necessary prior to your appointment. If you do not see these emails, please check your spam or junk folder.
