Together we discuss what lifestyle changes can help with achieving your goals. We then together short term goals and specific functional lab ordering that is necessary to help.
Your accountability visit! This is where you book to review your labs results, update or change treatment plan, get answers to your questions or discuss concerns.
Basic lab panel to help jump start your journey to root cause healthcare. The labs includes 17 markers such as CBC, CMP, TSH, A1C, Vitamin D, Lipids, inflammatory markers and more. Once you pay for them, a lab requisition will be emailed to you with the instructions and you can search for the nearest Labcorp for your blood draw. Results will be uploaded to your portal and you will be notified to make appointment for review of labs. Results can take 7-10 for basic labs and up to 21 days for specialized tests.
