Botox® Cosmetic is a neurotoxin (NT) injected into the muscle to relax fine lines and wrinkles caused by age temporarily, repeated facial expressions, and overexposure to the sun. Botox® Cosmetic takes a few minutes to perform. Botox is the brand name, but there are other NT options to choose from that do the same thing. Last about 4–6 months. "Kicks in" after 2 weeks. A 2-week follow-up appointment is important to assess results and make any "tweaks" if necessary.

Hyaluronidases, a family of enzymes that are able to degrade hyaluronic acid (HA), are employed in medicine to increase drug diffusion and reverse the effects of HA filler injections. Hyaluronidases are able to dissolve subcutaneous nodules or to correct excessive quantities of injected filler.
Plasma Rich Fibrin (PRF) can help restore hair growth by stimulating stem cells in the inactive hair follicles. In office, a sample of the patient's blood is drawn up in a vial, centrifuged to separate the red blood cells from the PRF. The PRF will then be injected into the scalp to help awaken hair follicles. While PRF scalp injections may initially improve hair thinning and shedding, they may eventually produce real hair growth within 2 to 3 months. Recommend at least 3 treatments per year for better results.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) and PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) involve using a concentration of the patient’s blood- rich in growth factors. The procedure involves drawing a tube of your blood and running it through a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets. The activated platelets release growth factors to stimulate and increase the number of reparative cells in the region where they are applied or injected. (*Under eyes, smile lines, marionette lines, or necklines.)

What is it? A vampire facial (otherwise known as a vampire facelift or a platelet-rich plasma(PRP) or PRF facial) involves taking a sample of your own blood, extracting the plasma (the liquid part of your blood), and then injecting it with needles back in your face. Injections can be done using a single needle placed in various areas of the face (similar to the process used for filler injections) or with microneedling. This procedure involves a pen-like device, an FDA-cleared Skin Pen, using sterile needles to penetrate the channels into the skin, creating that fresh, healthy glow. This treatment is only to be done by a medical professional, such as an RN, NP, or MD, and not a certified esthetician. A consultation visit consists of a 20-minute discussion with our Nurse Practitioner to ask any questions you may have regarding your beauty, health, and wellness needs. If you book your appointment on the same day for what you are inquiring about, we can apply your consultation fee towards that service.
This is the first in depth consultation with the Nurse Practitioner going through a thorough assessment for optimal wellness and health for a new or existing patient. Prior to the appointment visit, you will complete Questionnaires, Patient Intake forms, and consent forms, and labs as they will be sent to you through our portal. Labs not included in price.
An initial Comprehensive Exam, Assessment, and Treatment Plan for weight management with our medical provider, Amber Bontke APRN, FNP-C. Includes prescribed medication Semaglutide/Tirzpatide. *Labs not include Initial comprehensive exam in clinic, then followed by monthly in clinic visits or the option of virtual visits with the nurse practitioner.
Monthly follow-ups for weight-loss include a visit with Nurse Practitioner Amber, discussing progress of weight loss and goals, medication adherence, any changes to medication dosing. Vitals and examination made by NP and any adjustments to prescriptions. Medication is included in the monthly price of office visit.
*Any new updated labs ordered will be an additional fee. Typically, every 6 months is recommended for the general population on this treatment plan.
This appointment may consist of any possible lab reviews, diagnostic reviews, and a tailored proposed treatment plan with Family Nurse Practitioner, Amber Bontke, FNP-C. This appointment may also be applied to any follow-up appointments with symptom management, medication and/or supplement adjustments to the treatment plan.
