Prior to your Consult: $250 (non-refundable)

• Once you schedule your appointment and enter your credit card information (we take HSA/FSA also), the system will automate by emailing you the steps to set up a portal and complete the new patient paperwork.

What to Expect at Your Initial Consult:    

1. This visit will take up to 60 minutes. 
2. We will review your medical history so that we can arrive at a baseline of your overall health. 
3. If requested, and you have them available at the time of visit, we will review previous lab results done by your other providers within the last two years and interpret them, which is much different than you're used to.
4. I'll help you understand the most likely cause of your current health issues, and explain how I can help. 
5. We'll review each of our comprehensive wellness programs in detail and discuss which one we think would best suit you. 
6. If you choose to move forward, the ball starts rolling on the same day. Our goal is to get you back to feeling like yourself as quickly as we can. 
7. There is NO obligation or pressure to move forward with a wellness program. This is your journey where you decide when you are ready to start.
