This is a visit for a patient interested in weight-loss medications including Semaglutide (Ozempic or Wegovy), Tirzepatide ( Mounjaro or Zepbound), Liraglutide (Victoza or Saxenda), or Trulicity. Patient can make this appointment only once.
This applies to patients who have already completed a new patient consultation for weight loss. After the new patient consultation, if a patient decides that they want to start a medical weight loss program, they can schedule this 60 minute visit for a comprehensive evaluation.
This visit will strictly include diet counseling and no medications are prescribed. Nutrition counseling will be offered for diabetes, pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes (not currently pregnant), weight loss, high cholesterol, polycystic ovarian syndrome.
