This visit is for a healthy woman looking to optimize her health and look a little deeper. 

30 minute Visit- Utilize this time to look at previously done lab work, discuss your current supplement line up and help to consolidate if needed, answer any specific concerns related to optimal health. 

Includes specific labs often missed or denied: Ferritin (Iron storage, even if your hemoglobin is normal you may still be anemic!), Thyroid Panel (Including antibodies looking for Hashimoto’s Disease), Vitamin D (Important for many functions including: mood, immunity, and bone health)

Includes up to a 15 minute follow-up call to review the lab results and any recommendations. 

*This is not for someone who has chronic disease concerns or more complex concerns- please utilize the Comprehensive Exam to allow for adequate time.
