This is a functional health appointment focused on a deep dive into chronic conditions such as eczema, autoimmune conditions, PANS/PANDAS, GI issues, Hormone imbalance, etc. Dr. Stevens, DNP will act as a health coach to look at functional labs and make recommendations to help you and your kiddos heal and thrive!

This is a follow-up for:  adults and children residing outside of the states of Pennsylvania, Iowa, or Nebraska. Any other state should be selecting this appointment instead of the functional medicine appointment.
