Greetings and Welcome to Activate Health!  Activate Health is the Holistic Clinic run by Drs. Goodman doing business as d/b/a Goodman Medical Services, PC.   We provide Compassionate, Holistic, Integrative Health Care to our patients.  We focus on being pro-Active, using Nutrition, Supplementation, Reduction of Toxic Burdens, and Reduction of Oxidative Stress as our Primary means to achieve good health.  Although we use Medications, we also use Hormone adjustments with Bio-Identical Therapy for our adult clients, we conduct explorations of clients' Microbiome and Gut Integrity, Genetic potential, Allergen, Mold, Heavy Metal, and other threats to health.  We provide Medical Therapy, Direct Emotional & Spiritual Guidance, offer Referrals for Specialty Care , as well as other modalities such as AVET, BHRT.  We are recognized as Out-of -Network by commercial insurance providers,  many new therapies are NOT covered under insurance.  Because we consider ourselves a "Medical Autonomy Clinic",  and are members of America's Frontline Doctors (R) ,  as well as the Children's Health Defense. org , we will never force clients to get vaccinations, take medicines they don't want, nor will we be governed by the restrictions that government insurance programs, big Pharma, and other agencies try to dictate.

We are new, we are growing, we are learning, and we need your understanding while we learn what our community needs, and what we can provide to service it.  Please be patient with us!
We ask that you provide us with a payment source at the time of making your appointment, which we will keep safely On-file, encrypted and protected. We bill for services provided, not subject to insurance deductibles and Co-pays.  Balances due will be be required to be paid in full prior to any future appointments being made.  There will be a charge for any "No-Show" appointments, subject to the terms provided in our welcome letter.  We also require that all New Patients to this Location, complete an On-boarding questionnaire at least 48 hrs prior to being seen, to allow sufficient time for us to decide how to schedule and to allow us to prepare the medical record.

Our staffing is minimal, and often consists of only the Doctor.  As we grow, we hope that staffing will grow.
