A credit card is required to be placed on file to book your appointment. No charges will be made until the time of service.
Total costs will include the cost of visit as below plus the cost of lab work performed. Labs will be drawn at your initial appointment and will require a follow up appointment for review of labs and starting your treatment plan. If you wish to have your labs drawn first and then schedule your initial appointment for the following week to reduce the number of visits, please call our office at 601-602-5802 to schedule this.
Consent and clinical forms will be emailed to the email listed on file at the time of booking your initial new patient appointment. These must be completed prior to your appointment.
