We are open for in-person consults on Tuesdays beginning on October 1st (and will be adding Wednesdays later in the month). Telehealth consults are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
If you are a CIH patient, please note that you can schedule a follow up visit; you do not need to schedule a new patient visit. Please do still complete the new patient intake form and clinical profile emailed to you upon booking so that we have complete records to inform your care.
