IV Vitamin/Hydration Therapy are considered medically unnecessary. It may or may not mitigate, alleviate, or cure the condition for which it has been prescribed. IV Hydration Therapy for Wellness, Enhancement, and Performance purposes is not FDA approved and is usually considered a non-covered service by most insurances. Vitamins, minerals, and amino acids are also considered a non-covered service by insurance, thus Indy Elite IV Drip and Wellness does not take insurance of any kind. We do take FSA/HSA. You will be responsible for the remaining payment at time of service.

Once booked, you will receive an email with consents and an intake form. Please have this filled out at least 24 hours before your visit if you are a first time customer.
