Concierge Service is a customised service for those that would like a more personalized experience. This program will give you access to your provider during business hours without scheduling an online appointment. This program would begin after you establish as a patient and not for initial visits. Sometimes questions come up or concerns surface and you would like to discuss these prior to your next scheduled appointment. There is a monthly fee for this service and will automatically renew unless you submit a written request to cancel your service prior to the next billing date.
