New members are often looking for functional medicine and above-standard holistic primary care, stem cell and other Regenerative Medicine therapies, acupuncture, holistic aesthetic services, chiropractic care and related therapies... Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and support needed to take charge of your health and well-being, blending time-honored traditions with cutting-edge regenerative therapies. 
 
Initial consultation $ 275.00
Your initial consultation is a key first step on your path to optimal health and wellness. During this session, our team will conduct a thorough review of your medical history, perform a physical assessment, review of lab test or any other diagnostic tests, and delve into your current health goals. This detailed evaluation allows us to understand your unique case and create a tailored plan to support you.

Following this discussion, we'll develop a personalized care plan that aligns with your health objectives, preferences, and timing. If time allows, you will also have the opportunity to experience one of our treatments, such as a 20-30 minute acupuncture session, chiropractic evaluation and adjustment or a bio-accelerator add-on, providing a firsthand experience of our regenerative services. 

Please note, if your case requires a more in-depth discussion, treatment session may not be possible to ensure we have ample time to address all aspects of your care.
Stem Cell Initial Consult $ 0.00
This initial consult includes a detailed assessment of your medical history, physical condition, and specific areas of concern. We will evaluate your joint health, neurological health, mobility and any areas experiencing pain or degeneration. Additionally, we may review imaginig and other diagnostic tests to better understand the underlying causes of your symptoms. Based on this evaluation, we will determine if regenerative treatments, such as stem cell therapy, exosome therapy or any adjunct therapies such as acupuncture and chiropractic care are appropriate to help you heal, restore function, and achieve your wellness goals!
Aesthetic consultation $ 0.00
Our holistic aesthetic consultations merge beauty with wellness. Our team will review your history, goals, current care, and create a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your unique esthetic goals that empowers you to deepen your relationship and the harnessing of the skin's regenerative abilities. From rejuvenating skin to enhancing facial contours with non-invasive procedures, we prioritize natural results and overall well-being.  *all of our products are pregnancy safe and top in the industry.
(telemedicine) Initial consultation $ 200.00

Follow up (A) optimizer visit $ 175.00
These are designed to execute your personalized care plan. This service is specifically designed for new members or active members that are looking for primary care and adjunct care in one visit. Each comprehensive visit will include a re-evaluation, one base treatment and two or three add-ons depending on your care plan, health goals and preferences:

Base treatment: Acupuncture or Acupuncture & Electro-stimulation
Add-ons: Laser therapy (Class III & Class IV), myofascial release, trigger point therapy (TPT), auriculotherapy, cupping, moxibustion, light therapy, NSEV acupuncture, manuals therapies such as: tui na, gua sha or Graston technique, dietary and nutritional assessment.

Follow up (C) maintenance visit $ 100.00
This service is specifically designed for active members who are in maintenance stage of their care plan and have no active additional CC.  Each visit will include a brief re-evaluation and the following therapies: one base treatment and 1 add-on depending on your case, health goals and preferences:

Base treatment: Acupuncture or Acupuncture & Electro-stimulation
Add-ons: myofascial release, trigger point therapy (TPT), auriculotherapy, cupping, moxibustion, light therapy, NSEV acupuncture, manuals therapies such as: tui na, gua sha or Graston technique, dietary and nutritional assessment.

Follow up (B) active visit $ 150.00
These are designed to execute your care plan and address your health goals and preferences (includes general care/prenatal care). This visit includes a re-evaluation, one base treatment and one to two add-ons (including laser therapy and manual therapies) depending on your care plan, health goals and preferences:

Base treatment: Acupuncture or Acupuncture & Electro-stimulation
Add-ons: Laser therapy (Class III & Class IV), myofascial release, trigger point therapy (TPT), auriculotherapy, cupping, moxibustion, light therapy, NSEV acupuncture, other manual therapies such as: tui na, gua sha or Graston technique, nutritional assessment and herbal therapy recommendations.

"Welcome Visit (p/p edition)" (15 minutes, complimentary) introductory session designed to connect with both new and current members of our practice that may be struggling with fertility, pregnant or desiring to prepare for birth and life beyond. During this call or visit, we’ll take the time to learn more about your current family situation, health needs, answer any questions you may have about our practice and provide an overview of care options with us.

After an initial chiropractic evaluation, follow up visits are designed on a case to case basis to meet wellness or corrective care goals and optimize your health! This visit includes a brief assesment and spinal adjustment only.

Initial chiropractic evaluation $ 145.00
$100 Fall Special (regular value $145) An Initial Chiropractic Evaluation includes a thorough physical, have a neurological assessment and first adjustment. We'll examine your spine, nervous system, muscles, and overall health to determine the best course of action. Based on the findings, we'll create a personalized care plan and recommend whether wellness or corrective care is needed to help you achieve your goals and optimize your health.
Follow up chiropractic visit $ 120.00
After an initial chiropractic evaluation, follow up visits are designed on a case to case basis to meet wellness or corrective care goals and optimize your health! Your visit includes a re-assesment, spinal adjustment and one add-on.

Add-on services may include: myofascial release and other soft tissue manual therapies such as Gua Sha or Graston technique.
