This is a free 15-minute visit for individuals and families interested in establishing Direct Primary Care, although it is not required to sign-up for the initial 3-month membership. This appointment gives you an opportunity to meet Katie Kissel, FNP-C via video and audio and help you determine whether our services and wellness approach here at Lotus Integrative Healthcare feels right for you and/or your family. 
*Once the appointment is scheduled, a link will be sent to you later to join at the appointed time on a smart phone, laptop or desktop computer.
This is an in-person initial visit for new Direct Primary Care patients with complete physical exam to Establish primary care. Please allow between 90 minutes to 2 hours for this appointment. This appointment generally includes a comprehensive conversation which involves assessing your concerns, past and present medical problems, coping resources, family and social support. This appointment is an extensive history taking with discussion of past and present health issues/concerns, coping resources, family and social support and wellness goals. The provider will make some recommendations at this time for an initial plan moving forward, but some advice may be deferred or change after any relevant labs are ordered and resulted (if appropriate).*Please bring ALL of your over-the-counter supplement bottles with you so we can see what you are currently taking. Supplement composition can be very broad, so it is important for us to see the physical bottles for ingredient review.
Optional initial 60-minute visit to establish primary care without physical exam component via telemedicine with video and audio. *A separate appointment for an initial complete physical exam in-person with lab-work will need to be scheduled later. This appointment is an extensive history taking with discussion of past and present health issues/concerns, coping resources, family and social support, and wellness goals. The provider will make some recommendations at this time for an initial plan moving forward, but some advice may be deferred or change after a physical exam is completed and (if appropriate), after any relevant labs are ordered and resulted.
INITIAL VISIT WITH PHYSICAL EXAM
Initial visit with complete physical exam (if appropriate) to establish primary care. Please allow up to 90 minutes for this appointment. This appointment ideally includes a comprehensive conversation which involves assessing your concerns, past and present medical problems, coping resources, family and social support. This appointment is an extensive history taking with discussion of past and present health issues/concerns, coping resources, family, school and other social support, and wellness goals.

This appointment is an extensive history taking with discussion of past and present health issues/concerns, coping resources, family and school/social support, and wellness goals. The provider may make some recommendations at this time for an initial plan moving forward but most advice will be deferred until the in-person physical exam and any lab results (if appropriate) are back.
This is a 30-45 min in-office for Direct Primary Care patients experiencing minor urgent illnesses such as, but not limited to: ear pain, urinary tract infection, sinus infection, viral illness (including Covid-19), sore throat, pink-eye, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, rash, bug-bites, poison-ivy, musculoskeletal sprains, strains or exacerbations of stable chronic medical issues such as hypertension, asthma, IBS, reflux etc.
This is a 30-45 min virtual visit (video and audio) for Direct Primary Care patients experiencing minor illness such as, but not limited to: urinary tract infection, sinus infection, viral illness (including Covid-19), sore throat, pink-eye, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, rash, bug-bites, poison-ivy, sprains, strains. 
**Important note: The provider may determine that an "in-person" visit may be necessary if a diagnosis cannot  be determined with reasonable certainty, or a more concerning illness cannot be ruled-out from the video/audio alone.
This is generally a 30-45 min in-office visit for routine follow-up of chronic or previous illness, for general health concerns, to share and discuss lab results, discuss concerns, recommendations, action plan, confirm supplements and medications being taken and verify follow through on any outstanding referrals.

Telehealth with video and audio for routine follow-up of chronic or previous illness that does not immediately necessitate an in-person exam, for general health concerns, to share and discuss lab results, discuss concerns, recommendations, action plan, confirm supplements and medications being taken and verify follow through on any outstanding referrals. 



Please allow 60-90 minutes. This appointment is a complete physical exam along with a holistic assessment of any new concerns regarding past and present medical problems, coping resources, family and social support and current wellness goals. The provider will make some integrative recommendations at this time for an initial plan moving forward but some advice will be deferred until any needed lab results are back.
Well-child visits allow the provider to examine your child holistically, assess their physical and emotional needs, support their growth and development, and intervene quickly if any issues arise or make plans to monitor anything that may represent a concern.
The most important components of a preventive well-child visit include the following: (1) developmental/behavioral assessment; (2) physical examination, including measurement of growth; (3) screening tests and procedures (if appropriate); and (4) anticipatory guidance.
This is a 30-min telehealth visit which will be used to assess your current illness symptoms, a review of past or current chronic medical conditions, any medications or  supplements and determine which options can be recommended and/or prescribed using the latest evidenced-based FLCCC protocols for treating early Covid-19 infection with the goal to hasten your recovery, support your immune system and decrease severity and/or any long-term damage from the spike-protein of Sars-Cov-2. You will be provided a list of integrative options which will range from traditional prescriptions, herbal therapies, nutraceuticals, dietary modifications and others as appropriate. This visit requires you to sign consents for use of telehealth, privacy/HIPAA and one specific for being treated for a Covid condition with/without Ivermectin.

This is the initial 60-min telehealth visit which will be used to assess your current illness symptoms that may be related to one or multiple Covid-19 vaccines you may have received from which you recovered. We will review past or current chronic medical conditions, any current medications or supplements and determine which options can be recommended and/or prescribed using the latest evidenced-based FLCCC protocols for treating Post Covid-Vaccine Injury Syndrome. The goals are to assist your body in clearing any persistent spike-protein and toxins, attempt to reset all your cells to resume proper function, especially immunity and decrease the "stuck" inflammation cycle all of which may be causing either new disease symptoms or exacerbations of previously controlled ones. Lastly and maybe the most important, we want you to feel you are listened to and supported. 
You will be provided a list of integrative options which will range from traditional prescriptions, herbal therapies, nutraceuticals, dietary modifications and others as appropriate. This visit does require you to sign a specific consent for being treated for a Covid-related condition which may or may not include treatment with "off-label" medications.
*This visit includes a 30 min telehealth follow-up approximately 4 weeks later. 
*Does not include the cost of any prescribed medications, recommended supplements or therapies an additional 30 min. follow-up at approximately 4 weeks.
This is the initial 60-min telehealth visit which will be used to assess your current illness symptoms that may be related to a previous Covid-19 infection from which you recovered. We will review past or current chronic medical conditions, any current medications or  supplements and determine which options can be recommended and/or prescribed using the latest evidenced-based FLCCC protocols for treating Long-Haul Covid-19. The goals are to assist your body in clearing any persistent toxins and spike-protein, attempting to reset your immune and other cells to resume proper function and decrease the "stuck" inflammation that is the presumed root cause of the distressing and variable symptoms you may be experiencing. Lastly and maybe the most important, we want you to feel you are listened to and supported. 
You will be provided a list of integrative options which will range from traditional prescriptions, herbal therapies, nutraceuticals, dietary modifications and others as appropriate. This visit does require you to sign consents for use of telehealth, privacy/HIPAA and one specific for being treated for a Covid condition with/without Ivermectin. 
*This visit includes a 30 min telehealth follow-up approximately 4 weeks later.
