This is the first consultation going over the different medication options, the meal plan, and the goals that you work like to achieve. We would review the medical history and the pathway of achieving the goal and the appointment that you would need. If you qualify for the program the fee for this appointment will be applied to the package for the weight loss program. 

This is your required 3 month follow up if you are part of the weight loss program.
