If you are looking for Semaglutide or Tirzepatide for weight loss, please schedule a weight loss consultation. This is not the weight loss injections. This is an injection with B vitamins and other amino acids that can be added to a weight loss program to possibly enhance results and energy.

Do not choose this appointment if you are looking for tirzepatide or Semaglutide injections. This appointment is only for an in-office vitamin B12 injection
