The initial psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive, one-on-one tele-health session designed to understand your mental health needs fully. During this first meeting, we will review your medical, psychiatric, and family history, discuss any current symptoms, and explore personal goals for treatment. This evaluation is critical to developing an individualized treatment plan tailored to your unique situation. Conducted by a licensed psychiatric provider via a secure video platform, this appointment allows you to receive professional care from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Please allow approximately 60–90 minutes for this detailed evaluation.
A psychiatric follow-up appointment is a focused session to assess and support your ongoing mental health treatment. During this appointment, your provider will review your progress, evaluate the effectiveness of any prescribed medications, and address any changes in symptoms or side effects.
