Your initial consultation serves as a comprehensive introduction to your wellness journey. During this session, the practitioner will carefully review your medical history, go through a physical assessment, explore your current health concerns, and discuss your specific health goals. This thorough assessment allows them to gain a deep understanding of your unique wellness goals, and how to effectively support them. Following this discussion, the practitioner will create a customized treatment plan tailored to address your individual needs and objectives taking into consideration your preferences and timing. If time permits, you will also receive a 20-30 minute acupuncture session or a bio-accelerator at the conclusion of the consultation, allowing you to experience the benefits of our services firsthand on your first visit.
