*A $25 deposit is required at booking, which will be credited towards your total account balance. Cancellations/no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of $25.

Follow Up Weight Check 15 Min $ 50.00

This appointment is a 15 minute appointment that allows up to do a quick update on your weight loss and any concerns that you may have with regards to your weight loss. I do not review labs or discuss anything other than weight loss during this time. If you have additional concerns to address, please scheduled an Established Patient Follow Up.

Sick Visit 15 Min $ 50.00

This is an appointment for a cough, cold, or UTI. Please do not use this appointment to review your labs or discuss causes of pain. This appointment will not address abdominal pain or skeletal muscle pain. If you have abdominal please call your primary care provider. If you have skeletal muscle pain please schedule an established patient follow up appointment.

Follow Up Established Patient 30 Min $ 75.00

This appointment is designed for people who have already done an initial consult. We develop a customized care plan that will help you achieve your health wellness goals. This visit includes any of the following: lab review, medication refills, consultation for new medical concerns.

Initial Visit - New Patient 45 Min $ 150.00

Let's get to the root cause of your concerns and get you feeling yourself again! During your first visit, we'll conduct a thorough initial evaluation where we'll discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. This will allow us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs and create a tailored plan that's just right for you. This appointment lasts 30-45 minutes.
