Self-diagnosis of ASD or ADHD is always accepted!
Certain bacteria in the gut can make Autism and/or ADHD symptoms worse. I may recommend functional medicine stool tests.
Certain foods can make Autism and/or ADHD symptoms worse and will come up with a nutrition plan for adults or children. Health coaching included with visit
Supplements may be recommended to improve symptoms in those with ASD and/or ADHD. Supplements are separate costs from visit

Home Visit for Initial Functional Medicine Visit 2 Hours total for those living in Owasso, OK (call if you live close to Owasso)
This visit is to find the root cause of any ailments (good for multiple complaints such as body aches, fatigue, unexplained symptoms)
Review medical history and physical exam included 
Formulate plan for initial functional diagnostic labs/testing
Labs are separate price as well as supplements. You may use insurance for serum labs if desired but discount labs are available 
All documents I send will need to be completed at least 48 hours ahead of visit, otherwise, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. I need time to thouroughly review the intake forms as 80-85% of the diagnosis stems from the medical history 
These appointments are only available certain days of the week 
Follow up appointments will be needed until you are feeling better

Many cases of IBS are related to SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) which is a treatable condition with herbal or prescription antibiotics

Book an appointment if you suspect you have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). PCOS is a disorder of hormone imbalance for women. I recommend natural supplements. Birth control is not the only solution to treat PCOS. I prefer to treat the root cause, which includes elevated testosterone levels related to insulin resistance. Weight loss medications may be recommended, progesterone, and/or metformin as well as changes in eating habits to treat insulin resistance. I may reccomend functional medicine test to assess for adrenal fatigue as well as gut disorders. Serum labs may be covered by insurance but discounted labs are available at a separate price from the visit. Medications will be a separate cost from visit
