For all new patients, please select this service. In the free thirty minute consultation, the acupuncturist will evaluate your condition and discuss your goals out of treatment, and see if you are a good candidate for acupuncture and herbal medicine. If so, we will discuss a treatment plan with the option to start treatment on the same day. However, please note, if you are booking the 7:15pm (T/TH) slot or the 1:15pm (MWF) slot, the visit will be consultation only and any treatment will need to occur on a subsequent day.
Arrive on time or early: Please arrive on time or early for your appointment so that we have the full time for you, and please fill out your forms ahead of time so your practitioner can review these before seeing you (see "Welcome Email" upon booking).
Note on $40 Reservation Fee: This consultation is free but we require a $40 reservation fee to hold the appointment. This $40 reservation fee is refunded when you come for your consultation. If you do not show up for the consultation or attempt to cancel or reschedule the appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we keep the $40 reservation fee. This refundable reservation fee allows us to hold the appointment for you, and, again is fully refunded if and when you arrive for your consultation.
Important notice - Our offices are located down a flight of stairs and there is no elevator or other means of descending available. We apologize if that keeps you from being able to visit! Please do not book if you are unable to walk down the stairs.
