For Patients with a recent lab completed in the past 90 days:
During this visit, our provider will review your labs, health, weight-loss history, and current eating and exercise behaviors to determine if you are appropriate for the weight-loss medications. If approved a dietary and exercise protocol will be developed just for you and medication will be ordered and sent to your pharmacy of choice. You will receive a 50% discount off the $140 initial consult fee if you have the labs we require performed in the last 90 days.  Please look for a welcome email with an invitation to log into the secure portal or click the links in the email to submit your medical history & consent forms.  Questions? For patients with no recent labs done in the past 90 days: 
During this visit, our provider will review your health, weight-loss history, and current eating and exercise behaviors to determine if you are appropriate for the weight-loss medications, labs (Weight Loss Basic Panel) will be ordered and when completed reviewed for appropriateness. If approved a dietary and exercise protocol will be developed just for you and medication (type/ monthly plan) will be selected/ ordered and sent to your pharmacy of choice.

Lab Panels:
Please note that lab panels are available for discounted pricing through our clinic. Your practitioner will order them during your virtual visit, and you will have them done at a lab local to you!  You may choose to use your medical insurance for the lab panels, but it is the patient's responsibility to verify benefits and eligibility.

every other month follow up is required until you are optimized, then every 3-6 months follow up

During this telehealth consultation, we will  review your symptoms, determine required labs /order labs for STD testing that you can take to a lab covered by your insurance. 

For PrEP patients, If deemed appropriate medication will be sent to your pharmacy (pls check insurance coverage).

During this telehealth initial consultation, we will  review your medical history, labs and symptoms to come up with a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. Prescription will be sent to your pharmacy (pls check insurance coverage), If IV iron infusion is indicated referral can be sent to infusion center of your choice
