During your first visit, we'll conduct a thorough initial evaluation where we'll discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. This will allow us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs and create a tailored plan that's just right for you.

Following your initial evaluation, we'll schedule your second visit (free of charge), during which we'll review labs and work with you to develop a customized care plan that will help you achieve your health and wellness goals. With our comprehensive package, you can rest assured that you'll receive the highest level of care and attention, designed specifically for you.

*Labs fees are not included. You may use your insurance or take advantage of our negotiated self-pay rate of $300.

Book this appointment ONLY after you have spoken to your NP and she has placed your lab test orders. 

Currently we have limited appointments one day a week. Please message us if you'd like to get your labs drawn with us and don't see an appointment, so we can gauge interest for this service and better meet the needs of our patients.
