Our secure platform, OptiMantra, ensures maximum security for your personal and health information. Rescheduling/Cancelation. Please ensure cancelation/ rescheduling requests be made in advance by 24+ (or more) hrs; as less than 24 hours is often not enough time to replace the appointment, any cancelation request after that time is subject to charge the full rate. Possible exceptions include unsafe driving conditions, illness, and/or other emergency. Paymentis collected after the visit using Card, VenMo, Cash, or Check.
