-When you are potential new client, seeking weight loss or hormone replacement, please choose the free weight-loss consult or free hormone replacement. If you have had labs in the last three months (from your PCP) your provider at Sunset Weight and Wellness MUST have those labs in the portal prior to your first appointment for review, we do not have the ability to request your records. For weight loss, LABS NEED TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: CBC, CMP, A1C, TSH, and LIPID Panel. IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD LABS DO NOT FRET, we have a very easy and affordable option and will order those labs at this free weight-loss consult (typically the full panel is $65-75, the patient is responsible for the cost of labs and can be paid online at the appointment). For hormone replacement therapy, these labs will vary greatly depending on individualized needs.
-If you have had your 15 min appointment please book the Initial Weight-Loss Apt 30-45 min appointment. At this appointment, your provider will review your labs, and then help you decide on how to achieve your weight loss goals. We will discuss your meal plans, calories, macros, exercise, and address any other weight related concerns at this visit. We will also order your medications and have them shipped straight to your door. A monthly supply of medications is approximately $300 for Semaglutide other medications are more expensive such as the Tirzepatide but still at a discounted price.
-If you have done all of the above, and you are here for your weekly/monthly appointment, please select the Weekly Check In's to book your appropriate slot. This visit is 15 min, we will review your food log, make adjustments to medications and answer any your questions. This visit is free of charge, when you have paid your monthly subscription of $300 (done at the previous visit) for Semaglutide.

This is a free consultation, offered to you by Sunset Weight and Wellness, where we are able to get information gathered if needed, discuss your weight-loss goals, discuss medication options, and place lab orders (if you need labs, you will be required to pay those fee's at this visit, don't worry, your clinician has worked out your pricing ahead of time typically $65-75 for a weight-loss panel.) At this visit we will also recommend when to follow-up in order to review your labs, prescribe medications and give you your personalized weight-loss plan (typically done a week later).
*IF you have a PCP, and they have had you do labs within the last three months (CBC, CMP, Lipids, A1c, TSH) and you have them available for review, please upload them AHEAD of time in the portal under documents.

Select this visit type, if you have already had your initial weight-loss intake AND have been prescribed medication/s. On this visit we will review the following (so please make sure your food log is up-to-date):
Review Macro's and make suggestions
Discuss any issues with medication and make recommendations
Review your weight
Answer your questions
Order refills and/or labs if needed (if requiring medications or labs, there will be a charge at this visit, medication will be paid for prior to ordering labs/medications.)
At this appointment we will review the labs that were ordered. Make recommendations for treatment and for follow-up Medications will be ordered and sent to your home.
Select this option if Tirzepatide is what your wanting to start the rates will vary but will be disclosed once a plan of care is made for you. Tirzepatide is a more complex medication to prescribe because the dosing and cost breakdown are very different. An example is an initial one-month supply (includes meds, supplies, and shipping) is $325 (at 2.5 mg dosing).
Another example is a two-month supply for a patient who is on maintenance dosing of 7.5 mg per week. The cost of this would be $780. But the patient would have a 9-10 week supply.
All plans will be discussed and agreed to before the medications are ordered.
This visit is for the person who completed the 15-min free consultation visit and got the labs done, and is now ready to take control of their weight loss journey. We are so excited to have you here. Your provider is ready to be on this journey with you! During this visit we will go over the following items:
Review your lab results and make recommendations for follow-up if needed
Discuss your weight-loss goals
Discuss and make recommendations for losing weight safely and effectively
In-depth conversation about what Macros are and how they apply to weight-loss
Make recommendations for medications, how to use them, side effects
Make recommendations for Sunset Weight and Wellness (Macro's App)
Discuss any questions you might have and when your next visit should be
Typically, medications are ordered in one month (4 weeks) increments, and are pain in full at the time of appointment prior to medications being sent. Depending on the medication/s used the cost will vary. There are more expensive medications that may be needed/desired for certain individuals. For the typical weight loss medication, Semaglutide, the cost for the month would be approximately $300. This includes your visits with your provider, one on one health coaching, access to food plans, medication delivered to your front door with cold shipping, which includes basic supplies, and access to an awesome macro app your provider can use with you.
