For NEW PATIENT appointments:

- We require a $50 deposit that will be applied to your first visit.  Our office will reach out within 24 hours.

- If you have acupuncture benefits for us to file with your insurance please include your policy details.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a missed appointment fee.
