Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin that helps aids ?metabolism and improve fatigue. It ?is administered as an IM injection for better absorption.

Semaglutide is a Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) produced by the gut. This medication is given in titrated dosages weekly subcutaneously. It must be given on the same day every week. Injection sites should be rotated.
This is an initial weight loss consultation visit. During this visit we discuss the weight management program and it's expectations/benefits. We obtain initial vital signs, BMI, discuss patient history and details on the medications available and best suitable for your needs. This consultation does not include the medication or Lab draw fee (as applicable). Please bring in recent lab work if obtained within the last 3-4 months for review. 
This combination drug includes Phentermine. It helps with appetite suppression and sugar cravings. This pill must be consumed daily. ?Common side effects include palpitations, dizziness, insomnia and constipation.

Initial weight loss consultation is required to discuss the medication and do a physical evaluation. 
This fee is for the initial labs needed for the weight loss program. Labs include CBC, CMP, A1c, fasting glucose & TSH. Labs are needed if no labs were drawn in the past four months.

The labs can be drawn at Lab corp or Quest and billed to the insurance. 
Tirzepatide is a unique medication that mimics two hormones naturally found in the body: GLP-1 and GIP.
After eating, these hormones stimulate the release of insulin, which is responsible for reducing blood sugar.
Tirzepatide also reduces the time for the stomach to empty its contents, suppressing appetite.

This medication is injected into a fatty part of the skin, such as the stomach, thigh, or back of the arm. Injection sites should be rotated weekly.
