This appointment is for patients who have had their labs drawn and ready for the peptide consultation. This would include lab review, choice of peptides, counseling and initiation of peptides if approved. There is a $25 fee which will go towards the purchase of your peptides. If you decide not to proceed with the peptides, this will be considered a consultation fee. If you decide to purchase your peptides within 3 months from the initial lab review and consultation, the fee can still go towards your first peptide purchase. Every visit after the initial visit is included with your purchase of peptides.

These labs are mandatory prior to the start of therapy and as instructed by your provider. The frequency will be reviewed during your appointment. Labs include: CBC, CMP, C-Peptide, Hgb A1c, IGF1, Prolactin, TSH/T4. 

If you would like labs, please indicate which labs you want to get. If you are not sure, that is ok. Labs for weight loss start at $175 for a full panel of labs includes CMP, CBC, Lipid panel, Hgb A1c, TSH). If you have insurance, we would need to contact insurance to verify coverage.
