365 Medical Weight Loss and Wellness
At this follow-up appointment we will modify the plan of care as needed, including weight-loss medication. They are approximately 15 minutes in length. Pricing varies depending on which medication is being prescribed.
Pricing for GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP medications, such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, are as follows: Semaglutide, the compounded version of the brand Wegovy® and Ozempic®, is $400 for 4 weeks. Tirzepatide is the compounded version of Mounjaro® is $550 for 4 weeks.
Welcome! Our meeting will be via telehealth. Online forms must be completed at least 24 hours before our visit. A link will be sent to you via text and/or email. Please plan on meeting for approximately 45 minutes. This allows us time to get to know one another, discuss your goals and develop a plan of care for you. However, we offer many other weight loss medications in our program. We are not limited to the above-mentioned medications if you do not wish to have injections. *The cost of the initial visit will be waived if medication is prescribed.
