This is the initial functional medicine visit. Our provider will perform a comprehensive evaluation intended to understand the patient's overall health, lifestyle, and unique biochemical makeup. This holistic approach aims to identify the root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms. You will be asked to complete forms prior to your visit so the provider can review and be familiar with your concerns and history prior to the appointment.  At the time of booking you will receive an invoice for a non-refundable $50 booking fee. In the event you cancel your appointment this will not be refunded. This must be paid to reserve your appointment. The day of your visit you will receive an invoice for the remaining $200 which must be paid in full prior to the appointment starting.
