Step 1 Of 3

The initial consultation is an assessment of your current symptoms, past medical and mental health history, and life circumstances. At the end of this appointment, you will have a comprehensive treatment plan which may include lifestyle modifications, talk therapy, and/or medications.
Follow-up visits include review of progress, possible adjustments to medications or supplements if needed, engagement in psychotherapeutic strategies, and continued collaboration to ensure wellness goals are being met.
Extended follow-up visits include standard follow-up medication management with additional time devoted to psychotherapy. They are typically preferred by those who have additional stressors or interpersonal relationship issues they would like to explore.
Psychotherapy is a powerful treatment for a range of psychiatric complaints that offers benefits of improved interpersonal relationships, stress reduction, and a deeper insight into one’s own life, values, goals, and development.
