Use this option for a follow up video visit regarding semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) or tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro). You may also use this option for other conditions the provider is treating you for. $50 booking fee will be applied to your weight loss package

Initial Weight Loss Consultation (Telehealth) 60 Min $ 50.00

Those interested in semaglutide/Wegovy or trizepatide/Zepbound - Prices will depend on package chosen. If you choose a compounded package, the $50 initial payment will be subtracted from the total of your package.
