This telehealth visit involves a comprehensive assessment of your health, lifestyle, and weight-related concerns. You may provide lab work from Primary Care Provider as long as it was completed within 6 months.
This visit includes:
Lab review (lab work required prior to initial visit)
Discussion of medication options. All medication and supplies will be shipped to your home.
Education on performing self-injection.
