Once you've schedule your appointment, check your inbox and/or junk folder for an email from our team at Happy Hour Therapeutics with required next steps to getting you accepted into the practice more simple and efficient. We’re committed to making your experience as comfortable and supportive as possible.

Fees for Self-Pay Services are as follow:
$300 for all initial psychiatric evaluation appointments
$150 for follow up medication management appointments
A $2 Credit card transaction fee will apply to the above transactions

We are currently not accepting any Medicaid patients.
Our practice does not prescribe controlled substances, habit-forming medications, or long-acting injectables.

Psychiatric Evaluation

This is for any new patients over the age of 18 who book an appointment with the practice.

Our 60-minute evaluations focus on your symptoms and work toward a diagnosis. We use this time to review your current presentations as well as your medication, medical, family, and psychiatric history. We consider whether medication management would be appropriate for you and come up with a plan together to help you move in a new direction. Each treatment plan is individualized and catered to each patient.

Medication Management Follow-up

Our telepsychiatric medication management follow-up sessions are designed for established patients to
discuss any changes in symptoms, side effects, or overall well-being since your last session. During this 30 minute follow-up appointment, the clinician may adjust your dosage or explore alternative medications to ensure the best outcome, discuss any new challenges you may be facing, share coping strategies, and provide guidance on managing stress, anxiety, and ongoing support to help you feel your best.

Note: If your last appointment was over 3 months ago, you would need to schedule a Psychiatric evaluation as opposed to a Medication Management Follow-up.

Bariatric Surgery Mental Health Evaluation

A Bariatric Surgery Mental Health Evaluation is an essential part of the pre-surgical process. The objective of a bariatric surgery mental health evaluation is to assess the patient's motivation, readiness, contraindications, support system, lifestyle, and mood symptoms prior to the patient having surgery.
Our Bariatric Surgery Mental Health Evaluation is designed to be a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can openly discuss your goals, concerns, and emotional readiness. At Happy Hour Therapeutics we understand that the decision to undergo bariatric surgery is a significant one, and we are here to ensure that you feel mentally prepared and supported every step of the way.

*A total of three appointments is required for bariatric clearance to be determined and granted*

Stimulator Cord Surgical Mental Health Evaluation

At Happy Hour Therapeutics, we recognize that undergoing a Stimulator Cord Surgery, whether for pain management or other medical conditions, is a significant decision that involves both physical and emotional considerations.The objective of a stimulator cord surgical mental health evaluation is to assess the patient's current pain, past treatments for the medical condition, motivation, readiness, contraindications, support system, lifestyle, and mood symptoms prior to the patient having the stimulator cord procedure.
Our Stimulator Cord Surgical Mental Health Evaluation is conducted in a confidential and empathetic environment. We are here to ensure that you feel supported, informed, and emotionally ready for the procedure. By addressing your mental health before surgery, we aim to provide you with the best possible foundation for success and long-term well-being.
