Consultation includes: brief discussion of protocols, patient specific goals, medication options and labs. Labs will be sent during this visit, if you decide to move forward with the Fit Mind Program.
The Follow-Up appointment includes: monthly weigh in, progress tracking and cost of the next refill of medication. At this appointment, the provider will make adjustments as needed to your protocol.
This initial appointment will include lab review, intake and medical history, education and instruction on how to take your medications. This initial appointment also includes the cost of your first month's medication. If your labs and medical history meet the criteria for our Fit Mind Program, we will move forward with sending your prescription to you. We will not send any medication to anyone who has not been medically cleared.
