If you need to cancel, please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or a cancellation fee may be charged to the card on file per policy ($75 for aesthetics and $25 for all other appointments).
This appointment is for an IV infusion. Options include Hangover Cure, Metabolism, Immunity (seasonal), Myer's Wellness Cocktail or NAD+ (By Request). Please write in the appointment notes which option you would like.
