This is the first step to your new disease-conquering journey, as you will meet with the nurse practitioner to:
Discuss your medical/health history, habits, medications
Obtain measurements of your body composition using specialized ultrasound technology
Check your blood pressure, heart rate and other metrics that will give us clues into your health status
Explore and address your goals and/or concerns and what you want to achieve in your health
Obtain a set of comprehensive labs specific to your health concerns and goals (unless you have recent labs in the past 3 months, though we still may ask for additional labs to help guide your care.)
Feel free to bring any records from any of your primary care providers or specialist for us to review in detail.
Visit typically takes 60-90 minutes. Cost: $199, includes labs* (Weight Loss Program) *Additional lab fees may apply if you have certain symptoms or conditions you would like addressed. Labs offered and highly competitive pricing and can be discussed at the consultation or before.
For patients who are not enrolled in another membership. 30 minute consultation for a simple problem that you may need seen for. Labs, diagnostics, and medications will be charged extra but at a discounted cost.

We measure body composition using ultrasound at several different body sites. This method is painless, noninvasive, and offers detailed, visual information about your body makeup. It can be done easily in the office. Not only will you be able to directly see fat and muscle, but it also provides scientific data and calculations that will be used to formulate your personalized health plan. Also, this tool is valuable in showing and tracking actual changes and progress to your weight loss and muscle building efforts. Typically included in membership, but may be booked separately outside of membership
Please wear comfortable clothing that can accommodate the ability to take measurements from various locations on your body (ex: arm, thigh, abdomen, shoulder blade).

For established clients: Follow-up appointment with nurse practitioner: Your follow-up visit is an important milestone in your wellness journey. During this appointment, we'll take time to:
Celebrate your progress and discuss any challenges on your path to better health
Review and explain your laboratory results in detail, helping you understand what they mean for your health
Fine-tune your treatment plan based on your response and progress
Adjust any medications or supplements to optimize your results
Provide prescription refills to ensure continuous care
Answer any questions that have come up since your last visit
