Monthly membership includes office visits, telehealth visits, medication management and telephone/text access to provider until 8 pm, 7 days a week. Same or next day appointments available Monday-Saturday, visit our booking tab. We are closed on Sundays. Memberships starting at $65.00/month

Initial consultation regarding weight loss with a physical exam and discussion on the best treatment option for you. Labs will be ordered and reviewed at follow up (included in consult fee). 

Thorough review of your medical history and an in depth discussion on aesthetic procedures you may desire. 50% of consult fee applies to first treatment if booked within 7 days. We aren't afraid to tell you no and aren't afraid to refer you when needed.
