Initial consult with provider to discuss evaluation for testosterone replacement therapy. During this visit, your provider will discuss your personal & family history, current symptoms your are experiencing, and complete evaluation for potential testosterone replacement treatment options.  

*10-week testosterone therapy plan cost is $298 and includes visit with provider, medication, and supplies; you may use insurance coverage for lab testing or discounted self-pay lab available. (If determined to be a candidate, your consult fee of $99 will be credited to your plan cost)
