A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for new weight loss patients and aesthetic fillers that will be applied to your bill at checkout. If you do not show up for your appointment or reschedule 5 days prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
The $50 deposit is credited toward the package at checkout on the day of your appointment. Please read our website to learn about the program & the costs before you come. New patients will select their monthly plan (Basic, Semaglutide Startup or Numetra). You may have bloodwork, an EKG and physical exam to qualify for certain medicines. Please do not eat or drink anything with the exception of water 6 hours prior to your appointment in case bloodwork is required. The fee for bloodwork is $67, we do accept labwork from the past 30 days.

Existing weight loss patients can make an appointment to come in for weigh in, pick up Numetra protein meal replacements, get B12 + MIC injections. Telehealth patients are more than welcome to email us weekly with current weight/blood pressure.

If you have already had your Initial Exam with us in the past 12 months, and had taken a break for more than 3 months: make this appointment so our provider can give you a bit more time since new medication prescriptions may need to be discussed, catch up on your medical history, and address any new concerns you may have since our last visit. We may also take new Before photos. If you have been seen in the last 90 days, a weekly weigh in is fine.

Jeuveau brand neurotoxin for smoothing fine lines and wrinkles on forehead, crows feet & lip flip. This product is basically the same thing as the brand name "Botox"
Enhance your top lip with flip using Jeuveau nueromodulator product. This procedure relaxes the muscle to allow the top lip to sit lower and the edge to "flip" out creating a bolder, defined beautiful lip at a very low cost. Cost is $12 per unit of Jeuveau. Typical patients need 8-10 units.
