A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for new weight loss patients and aesthetic servicesthat will be applied to your bill at checkout. If you do not show up for your appointment or reschedule 5 days prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
The $50 deposit is credited toward the package at checkout on the day of your appointment. Please read our website to learn about the program & the costs before you come. New patients will select their monthly plan (Basic, Semaglutide Startup or Numetra). You may have bloodwork, an EKG and physical exam to qualify for certain medicines. Please do not eat or drink anything with the exception of water 6 hours prior to your appointment in case bloodwork is required. The fee for bloodwork is $67, we do accept labwork from the past 30 days.

Existing weight loss patients can make an appointment to come in for weigh in, pick up Numetra protein meal replacements, get B12 + MIC injections. Telehealth patients are more than welcome to email us weekly with current weight/blood pressure.
